Meet the founder and owner of Harlem Ambassadors, Inc.

Dale and wife Paula have two daughters and six grandchildren. Reverend Paula Moss is an ordained minister currently with a master's degree from Golden Gate Theological Seminary. Dale and Paula are members of Waukegan Community where he is a Deacon and she serves in the Ministry. An avid pick-up basketball participant, Moss is a multi-sport endurance athlete, has run several marathons (including a sub three hour performance at the Boston Marathon), competed in triathlons, and has completed swims both across the Golden Gate and from Alcatraz to San Francisco. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University. A lifelong sports business professional, Moss founded the Harlem Ambassadors 18 years ago and has guided the organization through 3,000 performances in all 50 states and 23 foreign countries.
